Houston, TX –Houston Safari Club Foundation (HSCF) is pleased to announce the addition of Art Wright to its team as the HSCF Business Development Manager.
Art was born and raised in Baytown Texas. He served in the U.S. Navy as a Gunner’s Mate Technician, with two Westpac cruises to Vietnam. Art later graduated from the University of Houston with a BBA.
Art has spent most of his professional career in the outdoor industry as a sales specialist. His hobbies include wing shooting and sporting clays. Art is an avid fisherman, having casted the waters all over the world including the U.S. mainland, Alaska, Bahamas, Bermuda, Costa Rica and Mexico. He has been a member of the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo for 40 years and has served on various committees including Grand Entry, Parade and Ranch and Wildlife. Art is a member of Houston Safari Club Foundation (HSCF), Coastal Conservation Association (CCA), Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW)-Life Member, The American Legion, Ducks Unlimited (DU) and the National Rifle Association (NRA).
