“We are super excited to be working with our Field & Stream Publication Brand to bring these informative and entertaining cooking demos to the Expos,” said Chris O’Hara, Vertical Director, Outdoor Life/Field & Stream Expo Series. “I have spoken with Chef Jean-Paul several times and he is truly an outdoorsman who loves to harvest and cook wild game. Our attendees are going really love these demonstrations.”

The Louisiana native has the outdoors in his blood and returns to his home state as well as various other parts of the United State, yearly, to “feed” the outdoorsman in him. Bourgeois is well known as an aficionado of food and greatly values individuals who cook extraordinary meals around the world.

“Chef Jean-Paul has been contributing wild-game recipes to Field & Stream for a few years now, so are audience is already familiar with him,” stated Kearns. “What they might not realize, though, is what a larger-than-life personality Jean-Paul has. He has so much enthusiasm and passion for hunting and cooking wild game, which makes him a perfect fit for these cooking demos. Once people see how much fun he has in the kitchen, they’ll want to rush home and do the same. The best thing about cooking wild game is getting share the finished meal with friends and family, and that’s a quality that Jean-Paul brings to the table.”
