Hat Six Travel Center Bronze-Level Sponsor of 2018 Wyoming Women’s Antelope Hunt


LARAMIE, WY– The Wyoming Women’s Foundation is proud to announce a new partnership with the Hat Six Travel Center. The Hat Six Travel Center committed to a Bronze-Level Sponsorship for the 2018 Wyoming Women’s Antelope Hunt.

Located just outside Casper, Wyoming, the Hat Six Travel Center is a family-owned travel center offering services and products to meet the needs of all travelers, from locals to cross country trekkers to professional drivers. The travel center boasts a food court, RV parking and even a dog park!

Tiffany Gamble, business advisor for the Hat Six Travel Center, will be attending the hunt for the first time this year. Although she has lived in Wyoming her entire life, Gamble says she has never hunted anything larger than a prairie dog.

“This summer has been the summer of new Wyoming adventures,” says Gamble, “Game hunting is something that has definitely been on my to-do list and this was the perfect opportunity for me to experience the hunt.”

This year’s hunt will be held Oct. 11-14, 2018 and bring together more than 40 female hunters from across the nation at the Ranch at Ucross in northeast Wyoming for a weekend of hunting, learning, mentorship and camaraderie, as well as raising funds and awareness for the Wyoming Women’s Foundation.
“The Wyoming Women’s Foundation is thrilled to welcome Hat Six Travel Center as a new sponsor for the 2018 Wyoming Women’s Antelope Hunt,” says Wyoming Women’s Foundation Director Rebekah Smith, “As a Wyoming business, their commitment to an event that empowers women from Wyoming and across the nation through hunting is particularly meaningful.”

Funds raised at the event support scholarship hunters attending the event and help WYWF achieve their mission.Since inception, the hunt has raised more than $345,000 for special projects to help women and girls work toward economic self-sufficiency across Wyoming.
