Iwanski is a Veteran of the United States Air Force and exercises her professional skills through continued education and speaking engagements featuring strategic communications.
Recruiter, Matt Riker
Riker explains, “My passion for the firearms industry developed through hands-on experience designing firearms, creating marketing strategies, and engaged in trade shows and shooting events. I recognized my ability to connect people who share the same values on specific projects in the custom firearms and knife communities early in my career. Each time those relationships flourish and result in success, I enjoy a great sense of pride and fulfillment. I consider working in the shooting industry to be my calling, and I’m excited to team up with the professionals at HeadHunters NW who advocate for the same principles that I hold dear.”
Riker and his family enjoy spending time together at the range and are avid Second Amendment supporters.
Inside Recruiter, Kayla Bargeron

Bargeron resides in Georgia with her family on their 100-acre property abundant with wildlife and a private shooting range. She grew up in the Tennessee woods hunting bear and coon, and remains an avid shooter and hunter.
