Superior’s premier outdoor facility is set to host Bowfest

The Midwest’s Largest 3D Archery Festival

 June 13, 2018, Superior, Wis: Mont Du Lac Resort, Superior’s premiere outdoor summer and winter recreation facility is set to host the Midwest’s largest 3D archery festival, Bowfest, July 27th– 29th. The weekend’s events include four unique archery courses with 80+ Rinehart targets and thousands of dollars in prizes. There will be open classes for shooters to test their skills in realistic hunting scenarios with breathtaking scenery. The events don’t stop there, with live music featuring Aaron Lewis as the headliner along with Freebird, the Lynyrd Skynyrd tribute band, Shalo Lee and top hunting personalities Levi Morgan, Tim Wells, Babe Winkelman, Pat & Nicole Reeve and Brent & Nicole Larson.

“Bowfest offers one of a kind archery courses and contests, live music from well-known bands, along with special guests and vendors, there is a little something for everyone,” said Jason Mormando, Chief of Operations at MDL Resort. “MDL is a unique property with a lot to offer – you have to see it in person to truly appreciate it. Archery will be split up in three divisions for shooters at different skill levels. Advanced, Hunter and Beginner/Traditional will have shoot-offs in each division for cash and prizes.
